It is a driver for fingerprint scanner. To capture a set of fingerprints, an electronic fingerprint scanner is required. And not just any scanner: only a Sagem Morphosmart MSO 300 scanner will do. If the sourcing serial number does not appear on the register, the fingerprint set is discarded.
